History

The Medford Milers Running Club was formed in 2000 and is one of the largest running clubs in the South Jersey area, with over 75 members. We are based in Medford, New Jersey, but welcome runners from all surrounding towns throughout Burlington and Camden Counties. We are a performance focused running club, and can help you maximize your running ability regardless of where you start.

Our club attracts runners of all abilities and fitness goals, ranging from the recreational jogger to the highly competitive road racer. We are a very social club and supportive of all our members' running goals. Most importantly, we have a good time running.

Our mission is simple: to improve performance through specific workouts, group race training, camaraderie, & runner to runner support.  We love to run and help others discover both the mental and physical benefits that come along with it.  We develop friendships, build support groups, train together, share ideas, engage in social activities, race as a team, and promote the sport in our local communities. Integrity, honesty, commitment, passion, excellence & teamwork are the core values & foundation of our club.

We have group training runs that range from just a few miles to 20+ mile long runs for marathoners. We have a variety of runs including easy pace & speed / tempo work. Our members also include swimmers, road bikers, and triathletes. No runner is left behind and we embrace all speeds and paces.

We are proud members of the Road Runners Club of America!
